Processing & Delivery Time

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Pre-Collection pieces may require up to 10 business days before dispatch.

Tracking: All orders include full tracking information, which will be sent to your email once your order has shipped.

All orders are shipped via Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) service.

All duties, customs fees & import taxes are fully covered by Lévoré to ensure a seamless and refined shopping experience.

Refused Deliveries

Please do not refuse delivery. If a delivery is refused, the order may be returned at the customer's expense. Any refund issued will be reduced by the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost.

Additional Information

In rare cases, delivery times may be affected by remote locations, peak periods or carrier delays. While we make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeframes, international shipments may occasionally take longer due to circumstances beyond our control. Rest assured, each order is carefully monitored until it reaches its destination safely.
