Return Policy

At LÉVORÉ, your complete satisfaction with every piece is our utmost priority.

We understand that finding the perfect garment is essential, and we're committed to ensuring your experience with us is exceptional. 

Should your purchase not meet your expectations, we are here to assist you with a seamless return or exchange process.

Return Eligibility

We gladly accept returns on items that meet the following conditions:

  • Garments must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • All original tags must remain attached
  • Items must be in their original condition and packaging
  • Return request must be initiated within 14 days of delivery

Important: Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return. Custom-made or altered pieces are also non-refundable.

Return Process

To begin your return process, please contact us before sending any items back:

Email us at contact@levorelabel.com with the subject line:
"Return Request: #[Your Order Number]"

In your email, please include:

  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Your reason for the return
  • Whether you prefer a refund or exchange

Our team will respond with a return authorization and detailed instructions, including our authorized return address. Please note that only one return request may be submitted per order.

Please do not return items to the address on your shipping label. Parcels sent to unauthorized addresses cannot be processed and will not be eligible for refund.

Damaged Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged garment, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery at contact@levorelabel.com. Reports submitted after this timeframe may not qualify for a refund or replacement.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

A $6 restocking fee will be deducted from each return.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Please note:

  • A $6 processing fee will be deducted from each return
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, bank transfer)
  • Gift card purchases will be refunded as store credit

You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or style, please indicate this in your return request. We will be delighted to assist you in finding the perfect piece from The Éternelle Collection.
